Shipping Information
Processing Time: 1-2 business days to prepare your order with care
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers may be responsible for customs duties.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging (our signature gift boxes preferred)
- Hygiene strips intact for intimate apparel
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason (to help us perfect our fit)
- Approval: Our fit specialists will respond within 48 hours with authorization
- Ship Back: Send to our Carmel atelier using your preferred carrier (insured tracking recommended)
Refund Details
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return:
- Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 business days; PayPal: immediate)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For international returns using our prepaid label: $15 will be deducted from your refund
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on balcony bras or shapewear:
- Follow standard return steps
- Specify desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship the new item once original is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (marked in product description)
- Items from our Collections section
- Hosiery with removed packaging
- Personalized lingerie gifts
