Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging (our signature gift boxes preferred)
Note on Hygiene: For the protection of all our clients, intimate apparel like briefs, thongs, and bras require the hygiene strip to be intact. Items marked as “final sale” or from our Collections section cannot be returned.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason (to help us perfect our fit)
  • Approval: Our fit specialists will respond within 48 hours with authorization and shipping instructions
  • Ship Back: Send to our Carmel atelier using the carrier of your choice (we recommend insured tracking)
  • Refund Details

    Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of our receiving your return:

    • Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 business days; PayPal: immediate)
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Exchange Process

    For size exchanges on balcony bras or shapewear:

    1. Follow standard return steps
    2. Specify desired size/color in your email
    3. We’ll ship the new item once the original is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

    Non-Returnable Items

    To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Final sale items (marked in product description)
    • Hosiery with removed packaging
    • Personalized lingerie gifts

    For international returns (outside US), customers are responsible for customs duties. We recommend using our prepaid return label service ($15 deducted from refund).
