Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (marked in product description)
- Hosiery with removed packaging
- Personalized lingerie gifts
For international returns (outside US), customers are responsible for customs duties. We recommend using our prepaid return label service ($15 deducted from refund).
